Jim has been involved in Estate Agency in Corby since 1983 and continues to head up the firm and deals with all aspects of Commercial Property together with Residential Development Land. Jim also takes an active interest in residential sales.
Jim has a vast local knowledge and has helped lots of businesses, small and large with commercial investments and property management.
With the ever growing online world we live in, Jim has been heavily involved in keeping Yates up to date with the IT function of the business, ensuring Yates continue to offer clients the best possible service utilising the latest technology, software and systems.
Jane has worked in residential lettings for over 25 years and is the most experienced property manager you will find in the Corby area.
Working alongside landlords who own individual properties or large portfolios, Jane ensures that an opportunity is never missed. Jane is also an expert regarding the ever-increasing legislation for landlords.
This knowledge means Yates landlords are always well informed which allows them to achieve the maximum return on their investment by minimising risk.
Since joining Yates in 2004 Kelly has moved up the ranks to become a Director of the business. With her passion and drive Kelly ensures Yates are the “forerunner” agency in the area and has assisted the growth of the business alongside the expanding property needs of Corby.
In the fast paced world of lettings, Kelly thrives on everyday being different and resolving all issues that can possibly arise. Being born and raised in Corby, Kelly has a particular affinity for the town and the beautiful surrounding areas. This is one of the many reasons why she stretches that extra mile for all Yates landlord and tenants.
Kelly also supervises the running of “Qube” the industry’s leading property management software, which ensures prompt collection of landlord’s rents and efficient repair monitoring.
In addition Kelly also plays a proactive role in the motor fleet management, general insurance and the day to day running’s of the office, and the overall staff welfare within the company.
Steve has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience of the local housing market having worked for agents in Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. His beliefs are based around the customer experience for both vendors and buyers and keen eye for attention to detail.
Leading Yates to the forefront of marketing and advertising is his main goal while maximising prices achieved by vendors using the full range of media and advertising genres.
Since moving to the Corby area in late 2013, Paddy has gathered invaluable experience of working in the ever growing and changing property market in the area.
Having recently joined the Yates team, Paddy is keen to continue providing a high level of customer service to ensure that all clients, both buyers and vendors, achieve the positive end result that they desired. Paddy shows a strong competitive drive and is always keen to better and improve himself.
Sally has come from a strong sales and marketing background, with experience in selling advertising, cars and houses.
With her past career in marketing, Sally is leading the way with her knowledge and enthusiasm for social media and blogging. As well as doing the best she can for clients and customers alike both face to face and over the phone, Sally also uses her creative skills to create much of the marketing and advertising material for Yates enabling us to promote your property in the best light possible.
Kerry, a graduate joined the lettings team in 2013 and championed extending Yates lettings’ opening hours to seven days a week for our customer’s convenience.
Kerry builds an excellent rapport with both current and potential tenants. She ensures she understand all their needs when guiding them through the rental process.
The lettings market is growing at a fast pace in Corby and can be competitive for tenants and landlords alike.
Kerry offers a wealth of experience allowing all Yates customers to achieve their moving objectives fast and fuss free.
Magda has worked for Yates since 2013 and has rapidly risen through the Residential Lettings Department, commencing training in the Commercial Department in 2015. Promotion to a full time position within the Commercial Department followed in 2016.
She has an excellent rapport with both commercial and residential tenants and landlords. Magda deals primarily with residential and commercial property management and also assists with sales and lettings within the commercial department.
Magda’s extensive training has seen her take on responsibility for the technical aspects of tenancy agreements and enforcement of covenants within those agreements. Magda also ensures compliance with the ever increasing regulatory requirements in relation to letting, including the Right to Rent legislation.
Polish speaking Magda is fluent in English and also understands Slovakian and Czech.
Fiona joined Yates in 2002 as an administrator.
With her excellent work ethic and organisation Fiona made our office an oasis of organisation.
Now our Head Secretary, Fiona assists our directors and staff ensuring that the running of Yates is consistently flawless every day.
Ewelina is an experienced member of our Lettings Team dealing with day to day management issues, with particular emphasis on Tenancy Renewals and Rent Reviews.
Ewelina also proudly boasts of her role in creating the Yates Property Portfolio Archive which is stretches back over 25 years. All our files for the period are now on our electronic document management system which means that our sales and lettings teams have the most up to date property information at their fingertips.
Polish speaking Ewelina also speaks English and understands Slovakian and Czech.
Anna is a senior member of the lettings team and is also an experienced trainer and holds a Masters Degree in Lifelong Learning. Anna has over 10 years experience in a management roll, both in England and her native Poland and has a noticeable can do attitude which we feel will benefit both tenants and landlords alike, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with current legislation and risk management.
Anna has overall responsibility for managing the helpdesk function of our Qube Property Management Software. This ensures all repairs are dealt with in a timely manner and provides a full audit trail, thus minimising risk to our landlords.
