Our tenancy agreement is thorough and written in plain English.
You are given a draft copy of this prior to signing so you know what you will be signing for on the day!
We arrange for references and Right to Rent checks to be undertaken via our partner, Van Mildert. The application is completed on line and is fully integrated with our in-house software, Jupix, to ensure speedy processing of your application.
We have experienced staff members and qualified contractors who co-ordinate property repairs, and we aim to carry out repairs in a timely manner with the help of our industry leading software “Qube”.
We have a 24hr emergency Tenant Helpline in the event of an emergency.
Our offices are also normally open 7 days a week to report repairs.
We read the Gas and Electric meters and notify all of the Utility Companies and the Council of your move.

We keep our client’s money in a separate “Client Accounts” which means that your money is protected at all times against fraud, misuse or theft whilst in our possession.
We are members of the UK Association of Letting Agents (ALA), which means that we adhere to a strict code of conduct and always have qualified and knowledgeable staff to help with any enquiry.
In the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with our service we have a clear complaints procedure and we are members of The Property Ombudsman.
We are members of The Tenancy Deposit Scheme, all deposits that are taken are lodged with this scheme giving tenant’s piece of mind that their deposit is protected.
